How times have changed since AM’s introduction in the 1960’s to hot pressing methods in the tortilla industry. The AM Continuous “Flying Head” Tortilla Press enables flour tortillas to be produced at the highest speeds in the industry today! This reciprocating press increases product volume dramatically from indexing presses. Depending on size, this machine has production levels of approximately 3000 dozen an hour or more!
