 AM has a very limited supply of model S302, combination dough divider / rounders. The S302 has the capability of dividing dough from one to 32 ounces at a rate of 30 to 33 pieces per minute. The machine's hopper can hold a 75 lb. batch of dough and is truly a labor-saving device.

 AM's 24" X 24" production hot press can be modified for use for producing pizza or tortillas. NOTE: Dies for pressing pizza crusts are an extra cost. This press was utilized as a test press at AM and is priced below $40,000 for the standard 208-240 volt / three phase / 60 hertz version. This press employs an Allen-Bradley programmable logic controller with touch screen.
